FABRICATION & REPAIR SERVICES

Dungog Gates and Fabrication should be your first call when you need fabrication and repair. Just come with your design and enquiries, and let us see what we can do for you. No job is too big or small! Plus, we can make repairs onsite or offsite for your convenience.

We can make a variety of major or minor repairs, from replacing damaged panels to completing superior welding work and much more. We also supply steel to the public. Just call us to request pricing on your steel.

FENCE & YARD PANELS

These can be either temporary or fixed panels and can be made to specific requirements. We can make heavy duty panels using the large 115mm x 42mm cattle rail suitable for yarding large cattle, right down to sheep calf yard panels. We do not have a “generic” size panel as every inquiry is unique and has its own specific requirements so we work with the customer to develop the right panel to suit their needs.

COMMERCIAL FARM GATES

Our steel fabrication services are perfect for farm gates and other metal structures. All our farm gates are manufactured at our workshop. We manufacture both standard size and non-standard size gates. If you require heavy-duty farm gates, we can also manufacture those to your specifications. 

Generally, gates are manufactured from 25NB and 32NB pipe. Do you have an odd size gate due to the fall of the land? No problem. If you require heavier duty gates manufactured out of heavier gauge pipe, we can cater for all requirements.

CATTLE GRIDS

All cattle grids are manufactured onsite. Grids can be made to custom specifications depending on customer requirements or manufactured to our standard specifications. We offer grids to suit light traffic right through to heavy traffic, with our largest grids rated to withstand 42MT per axle on the grid at any given time.

FEED BINS & FEEDERS

Looking for new feed bins for your animals or livestock? Let our team build you a custom feeder that works for your specific purpose. We manufacture single or 2-piece round bale feeders, in either round pipe or Square Hollow Section. We can also manufacture these according to the specific needs of our customers.

Feed bins are generally manufactured to the needs of our customers, as we find that each customer has unique requirements.
STEEL SALES
We supply steel products to the general public. What we don’t have in stock, we can order for you.

METAL FABRICATION & REPAIR

Welding repairs can be carried out in the workshop or right onsite. We can assist with your welding repairs for stainless steel and aluminium.
